CSHL Archives A/V Media

A/V media from various CSHL Archives collections, which were identified as being at risk due to the non-permanent nature of magnetic tapes and film. This media has been digitized to ensure their long term preservation and accessability.

Raw footage caution

Unedited materials may contain retakes, B-rolls, test patterns, extended periods of silence, duplicated videos taken from different camera angles and materials intended to be edited out in final product.

Support from CLIR RaR

The Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) provided finanical support to digitize this media through a Recording at Risk (RaR) program grant.
