This datasets contains 50 trials of widefield imaging data during tactile stimulation of the hindpaw. The widefield data was acquired in a transgenic mouse, expressing GCaMP6f under the EMX promotor (all exctiatory cortical neurons).

The imaging data has been pre-processed and is intended to serve as a demo dataset for the amalysis of widefield imaging data in the script Tutorial_basicAnalysis.m. The tutorial can be found here: https://github.com/musall/WidefieldImager/tree/master/Analysis

Data is already pre-processed and corrected for fluorescence from intrinsic sources. The framerate is 15 Hz and each trial contains 15 frames of baseline before the onset of the tactile stimulus. The baseline is followed by up to 60 frames of post-stimulus data (although there is some fluctuation and some trials contain only ~55 frames of poststim data).
