Imaging depth is 200um.
Location should match V1.
Laser at 38%.
Field looks really nice. Many neurons and see some modulation.

Dont' see anything in the red channel. Will have to stick to the green for structure.
Pupil is pretty dark, should use the standard pupil extraction code.

First 100 trials are vision only. 25% audio after that.

Stopped after 400 trials. Only performed 365 - probably won't have a lot of auditory trials in total. Good 2p data though.

Noticed that the left spout does not dispense water anymore at the end. Should have been find for most of the session though.

Performance not great: ~60% vision, 50% audio.



Won't extract red channel for this one - it's too dark to be useful.

Imaging depth is 350um.
Location should match V1.
Laser at 50%.
Pupil quite dark, don't use pupil inversion.

Field is not as good as before but see some active neurons. Should be ok.
First 80 trials are vision. Added 25% audio after that.
Recording seems pretty stable. Perhaps getting brighter over time again.

Animal starts to move a lot after ~410 trials and performance seems to go down. Will stop running him soon.

Performance still pretty low: 61% vision, 50% audio.
Stopped after 494 trials.

Imaging depth is 175um.
Location should match RS.
Laser power is 40%.

Some light contamination but shouldnt be that bad.
Starting with visual only trials.
Switched to audio at 25% after 100 trials. Performance is at chance right now.

See some structure in the red channel. Helps with keeping the plane.
Stopped after 500 performed trials.
Performance at chance in both modalities. Neural data looks fine and stable over time.
