Imaging depth is 200um.
Location should match ALM.
SNR is pretty bad. We'll see if anything useful comes of it.
Red channel has tdTomato tag. See some cells there.
Laser power is 50%.
Lots of motion. Motion correction might benefit from using red channel instead of green. If it turns out unusable, that might be a good thing to try.

First 150 trials are all visual. Switched to 20% audio probability after that.
Mouse is not very motivated anymore after 300 performed trials. Switched to all audio - will hopefully get some more.

Location should match ALM. Imaging depth is 180um. 
First 8 trials are at 160um depth, should be rejected from analysis. SNR is not good, some connective tissue over brain.

Laser power at 50%.
Shielding is good. Quite a bit of movement.
Switched to all audio after 360 performed trials.
Probability was 90/10%, vision/audio before that.

Location is MM.
Shielding is good, quite some motion.
Signal looks ok, some active cells.

Depth is 180um

At ~20000, the plan shifted a lot in Z. Took a moment to find it again. Luckily the animal didn't do trials at that moment so maybe not that bad.

Moved 53 up to get back to starting point.

Had to correct even more later. Moving a little back and forth to stick to right plane. 
Animal doesnt seem motivated.

Stopped recording after 100 performed trials. This is not going to work out.

Location is MM, close to last time.
Signal is not very good. See some active cells.
Depth is 150um. Quite a bit of movement in this one.

Too much movement to record anything. Will run without imaging and check headbar later.

Location is MM, more medial than last time.
Signal is not great. quite a bit of movement and bad SNR.
See some cells though. Depth is 180um.

First 125 trials are vision only. Added 20% audio after that.
Switched to all audio after 475 performed trials.
Stopped after 525 trials.
Visual performance at 60%. Audio at chance.
