Location should match V1. Laser at 50%. Think I saw a strange artefact in the imaging some time between 7000-8000 frames. Animal is moving a bit but should still be ok. -> Noticed later that the headbar was not fully tightened. Shielding is fine. No visible artefact. Laser is not very visible through the pupil. Perhaps pupil detection is better without sign inversion. All vision for the first 100 performed trials. Switched to 25% audio after that. Quite a bit of premature licking. Switched to audio only after 420 performed trials. Visual performance at 65%. Stopped after 520 performed trials =========================== 10/02/18 Imaging depth is 165um. Location should match RS. There is growth on the edge of the window - have to go a bit more lateral than I would like. Recording site may have some overlap with area PM. Laser at 50%. Field is ok, see some active neurons. Movement / shielding are good. Pupil has very low contrast against the eye. Bpod matlab crashed at ~ frame 7000. Restarted . Happened pretty early in the recording, should be easy to repair by rejecting those trials from the 2p data. Switched to 25% audio after 75 performed trials. Switched to all audio after 400 performed trials. Visual performance is 62%. Stopped after 431 performed trials. Bpod crashed again after that :) Auditory performance at 52%. =========================== 10/14/18 Imaging depth is 175um. Location should match S1. Laser at 40%. Decent field. Movement and light shielding are ok. First 150 trials are visual only - performance is close to chance there. Got a bit better towards the end of the session. Switched to all audio after 450 performed trials - visual detection at 60%. Stopped after 475 performed trials. Auditory detection at 50%.
