Imaging depth is 180um.
Location should match V1.
Laser at 50%.

There is a crack in the window glass. Imaging quality seems ok.
A bit more motion then usual.
Signal is not great - see some cells though. Not clear how many are active or responsive to visual stimuli.

First 100 performed trials are audio. 25% visual after that.
Switched to all vision after 450 performed trials.

Auditory performance is ~73%.
Visual performance is 52%.

Noticed that the piezo sensor was disconnected. Not clear since when this was missing. Some 2p recordings won't have a hindpaw signal!

Location should match RS. Depth is 145um.
Decent field, posteriormedial edge of the window.

First 100 trials is all audio. 25% vision after that.
Stopped after 525 performed trials.
Auditory performance is ~80%, visual 55%.

Imaging depth is 200um.
Location should match RS.
Laser at 50%.

Tried to image in S1 originally but field is VERY dark.
Also not good imaging quality in current location but see some modulated neurons.

Maybe the window is too damaged to image further. Should have a look at mSM74 to see if it looks better.

Something happened to the imaging and the quality got MUCH worse. Presumably this wont be usable.

Performance is good. 75% audio, 55% vision.
Stopped after 400 performed trials.
