usage: /seq/schatz/sramakri/anaconda3/envs/AGAT_latest/bin/agat_sp_filter_feature_from_kill_list.pl --gff ../Wono_1.4_gene_models.gff --kill_list CDSwoverlapwithTEprots.txt --output Wono_1.4_gene_models.gff
We will discard all features that share the value of the ID attribute with the kill list.
The kill list contains 1229 uniq IDs
9536 features removed:
1150 features level1 (e.g. gene) removed
1229 features level2 (e.g. mRNA) removed
7157 features level3 (e.g. exon) removed
